The role

Join as a Software Engineer focused on AI‑assisted software and product development. Your north star is simple: ship product that makes our customers successful.

What you’ll do

• Build AI applications that automate accounting and financial admin workflows end to end.
• Work directly with customers to understand pains, co‑design solutions, and iterate quickly.
• Code hands‑on across the stack and ship to production frequently.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor; models like Claude & GPT‑4) to boost velocity and quality.
• Own outcomes: scope lean MVPs, make pragmatic trade‑offs, and measure impact.
• Write right‑sized tests and guardrails where they add the most value.

• Location: Fully remote in Finland.
• Communication: Because we’re remote, clear and proactive communication is essential. You can join daily remote calls when needed and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Culture: We value independent work and product thinking. We maintain a clear direction but won’t cling to 3–6 month plans for their own sake—when customers or data show a better path, we change course quickly.

What you bring

Must‑haves

• Strong technical fundamentals and curiosity for how software actually works.
• Hands‑on coding skills you can demonstrate (projects, exercises, repo links).
• Excellent communication in a remote setup; ability to join daily calls when needed.
• Openness to AI‑assisted development and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Ability to work in English.

Nice‑to‑haves

• Understanding of financial administration and accounting basics (big plus).
• Studies at / graduation from a strong technical program.
